The Reporting Cycle

Your data comes in however it exists today.

Analyze · Weeks 1–2

Settle scope, surface gaps.

One session settles the deliverable, the frameworks and the calendar, and your files are mapped against the report schema. You get a data-gap report, a peer benchmark readout, a regulatory applicability summary, and the project plan.

Strategize · Weeks 3–7

Produce and review.

A senior practitioner edits and challenges every draft before you see it, and we chase the comments and sign-offs so you do not have to. You get the materiality matrix and disclosures, a GHG inventory with a traceable metric set, and a full report draft with framework indexes.

Launch · Weeks 8–11

Publish and file.

You get the designed report, print-ready PDF and web files, a filing-ready submission package, and the launch plan and asset set, with every step logged against the evidence.

Your report is run by people who have done this work inside companies, and by the team that built the platform it runs on.

Questions buyers ask

What does a sustainability report cost, and what drives the price?

One fee for the cycle, quoted in writing before work starts, and it does not move. It lands below what the same report costs staffed the established way. There is no published number, because scope moves too far between companies for one to be useful to you. Three things move it: entities, sites and frameworks in scope; first cycle or repeat, and the state your data arrives in; and the review load and level of assurance.

How long does a full cycle take?

Eleven weeks, in three phases. Analyze runs weeks 1 to 2, Strategize weeks 3 to 7, Launch weeks 8 to 11. Section drafts, models and index tables come back in days. What consumes the eleven weeks is review rounds, stakeholder sign-off and assurance evidence, and the plan is built around that.

Who does the work?

Named senior practitioners, on the account from the first call to the finished report, with specialists brought in for particular pieces. Every deliverable is reviewed and signed by one of them.

What do your people do, and what does the platform do?

The platform reads and structures peer reports, collects and structures your data, drafts against an agreed outline, builds the framework indexes and runs consistency checks. Materiality, what your company claims about itself, what a number means and what goes in front of a regulator are judgment calls, and they stay with people. No deliverable reaches you without a named practitioner signing it.

Where does our data live, and how does the evidence trail hold?

Your files are securely stored in the Terralyn platform Vault, organized and versioned, in the United States. Only the named team on your account can reach them. Every source, calculation and revision is logged, and every figure resolves to the document it came from. Your data never trains an AI model. Your assurance provider receives an evidence pack and a control trail behind every number.

Do you provide assurance?

No, by design. Preparing a report and then assuring it is a self-review threat, so those two jobs belong with different firms and we stay on the preparer side of the line. Our side of it: the evidence pack and control trail behind every number, everything the assurer asks for, and management of that relationship through to sign-off.
